American hip hop group

This article is about the hip hop group. For other uses, see NWA.

N.W.A (an abbreviation for Niggaz Wit Attitudes[5][6]) was an American hip hop group formed in Compton, California. Among the earliest and most significant figures of the gangsta rap subgenre, the group is widely considered one of the greatest and most influential acts in hip hop music.[7][8]

Learn More about NWA

He developed his rap empire by securing successful rap artists such as Dr. Dre (born Andre Young in 1965) and Ice Cube (born O'Shea Jackson in 1969). With Dr. Dre and Ice Cube, E
