Elyzabeth walling biography

Hi there! I’m Elizabeth Walling, the writer behind The Nourished Life blog. I started my blog in 2009 as a resource for others who are interested in improving their health and well-being the natural way, and wrote my eBooks The Nourished Metabolism and Love Your Body to expand on my favorite topics. I began my own health journey a more than 8 years ago and quickly took a wrong turn. Like many young women, I thought under-eating and over-exercising were the path to health. Boy, was I wrong! After a couple years, my health had gotten progressively worse. I became an exhausted young mom with severe acne, insomnia, PMS, mood swings and no energy! I knew something wasn’t right, and that started my investigation into health and nutrition. Today I enjoy excellent health, sleep like a baby and my moods are fantastic (well, most of the time!). But I still wanted to learn more, and I figured there were still a lot of folks out there looking for answers, so that’s when I started writing. But who am I?
