Joe Cheng is a Taiwanese model, actor and singer. Although he started his career as a model, Cheng is well known for his role as Jiang Zhishu in Taiwanese drama serial version of Japanese manga Itazura Na Kiss, It Started with a Kiss. Cheng has gained much recognition as an actor in most parts of Asia, particularly Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines and Japan.

Cheng began his career in the entertainment industry with Catwalk Modelling Agency. Joe Chen Chiao-en (Chinese: 陳喬恩; pinyin: Chén Qiáo'ēn; born 4 April 1979)[1] is a Taiwanese actress, singer and television host.[2]
Known as the "Queen of Idol Dramas",[3] Chen is known for her roles in The Prince Who Turns into a Frog (2005), Fated to Love You (2008) and The Queen of SOP (2012). She was nominated at the 43rd Golden Bell Awards for her role in Fated to Love You.
In 2013, Chen's popularity rose in mainland China, where she gained a large number of fans for her role as Dongfang Bubai in the Chinese wuxia series Swordsman. Biography
Joe Cheng began his career with the Catwalk modeling agency. His acting career began when he starred in the Taiwanese series The Rose with the famous Taiwanese girl pop group S.H.E. in 2003. The following year, he took main leads in two other Taiwanese series, Nine Ball and Magic Ring.
His most famous starring role to date has been in It Started With a Kiss, a 2005 Taiwanese series adapted from the Japanese manga Itazura Na Kiss, opposite Ariel Lin. Cheng returned for the sequel, They Kiss Again, which aired in 2007. Since They Kiss Again, Cheng has also starred in the Taiwanese adaptation of the Japanese series Honey and Clover. Currently Joe Cheng is the co-lead in Love or Bread with Ariel Lin
