The Italian pret-à-porter brand Frankie Morellowill be owned by the newly founded company FMT Srl, which name stays for Frankie Morello Trademark. Majority shareholders of the company will be the two founders and designers of the brand – Maurizio Modica and Pierfrancesco Gigliotti - through their own company G.M. Studio Design & Fashion Snc.

Minority shareholder is FMM spa, a recently founded company owned by the Ammaturo family that, in addition to holding a quota, is the exclusive worldwide licensing partner for men’s and women’s apparel. Donato Ammaturo is an Italian entrepreneur involved in the oil business through the Luidoil company. Ammaturo’s company FMM will initially own a 25% quota to be increased up to 49%.

Another branch of the Ammaturo family is also part of the shareholders' board of Arav Group, the company that owns the Silvian Heach brand. Rossana Ammaturo, daughter of the co-owners of Arav Group (Mena Marano and Giuseppe Ammaturo), and Angela Ammaturo, daughter of Donato Annaturo, Giuseppe’s brother, are shareholders of the FMM company.
